Anyone can say what they like about me, my kid, my family. I really don't care. It does not bother me what people on the internet think about anything, nor do I base my self esteem on the opinions of others. I feel sorry for anyone that does. I've never been overweight because I have always thought it important to have a healthy body. The idea of when you are in good shape it being easy to stay in shape is also crap. I'm in good shape, and I'm in good shape because I bust my ass 5 days a week working out and I eat healthily.

I don't want to turn this into a pissing contest because I consider you a friend but people who have never been overweight don't realize how hard it is to lose weight. It is easier to stay in shape when you're in good shape. You don't have to struggle to get back in shape if you're already there.
