FYI: Eddie & Alex have already publicly spit on Roth's and our faces by having Spammy versions of VH Classics done live on the new CD.

I agree that it's time to let go of Van Halen, as they have screwed us, the very people that made them who and where they are today.

But I do NOT agree to let go of Roth. Roth is currently, in his own words, freewheelin'. I'd advise you that if you can, check 'em out at Casino Rama in the Toronto area November 4th.

Oh, in reality, I've long since given up on Van Halen. The last time I felt any real promise for the future was, of course, 1996, and prior to that was maybe late 1990 when a little birdy told me that the next VH album was going to "Rock!!!" and "Eddie had re-learned how to play"

I do think that it's inevitable that there will be a Roth reunion at some point - the last thing to be written about this bands history can and should (and, looking and rock and roll history, probably WILL) be written with him.

I just hope it's not going to be another ten years down the road.

I've said it elsewhere, but once again...After the DEBACLE of 1996 the SISTERS ARE DEAD TO ME. Couldn't care LESS what they're doing or who they do it with. I wouldn't cross the street to PISS on them if they were on FIRE!!!
DAVID LEE ROTH has my TOTAL support. I buy EVRYTHING of his I can and spread the word to as many people about him( Dave's in town, Dave's got a new CD out, CHECK OUT the COOL ROTH T-SHIRT!) etc. He has earned my respect and admiration. "The Barometer of COOL" is one MR.ROTH!!!!
