        750 bucks for a ticket...375 bucks for a ticket...this is definitaly the money grab tour...stupid...better to play full arenas for half the price than half full arenas for that expencive tix...

                                                Are you fucking telling me that Van Halen can't sell out in Los Angeles, California ???

                                                Before the tour started, I said right off of the bat that there were certain "given's", i.e. they would sell very well in the big markets, ya know, the more chance of having sheep in a bigger market....

                                                But Southern California is (was) like the motherland to these guys....

                                                That's why I feel so fortunate that not only did I get a chance to see VH in their prime on the '84 tour, but to see them in San Diego, where the entire city was wall-to-wall Van Halen the whole weekend.....

                                                Ladies and gentlemen, if this ain't writing on the wall, I don't know what is.....
