Believe in your self crazygrl. You are very special. I can tell just from what little I know of you. But truth be told, and from what very little I actually know for fact about Dave, I think he is very big on "real" names, and saves the pet names for the stage. It is a sign of respect to call someone by their real name, and a generalization-or an insult- to use a pet name you call everyone else.
