1984 wins for me.............the entire album was great HFT , Panama and Jump alone make this one kick ass album.
Diver Down has its moments as well though just not as many as 84 has. -

Love 'em both...but I gotta go with 1984. It's just got more of my favourite tunes on it & it's all original material. But I just wish they threw a couple more songs on, and not re-written House of Pain. Other than that, the album is primo, it sums up everything that is fun about rock music.Comment

to me diver down has 2 good songs. secrets and little guitars.
1984 is a bit overproduced compared to 1 and 2...i really like VH2.
kinda like the leftovers that didnt make it to VH1 but some good ass shit...
