We'll see. Mavs have the depth but damn Nash always seems to go off on Dallas, guess he just hates Cuban. :D

That Mav/Spurs was one of the best 7 game series I've seen in a while.

        alltime?!?!

        U of M 57 wins

        OSU 39 wins

        Ahhhhh...the good 'ol BO & WOODY days....Now...THAT was football............:p
You know...it's funny...everyone talks about historical perspective...lmfao...when their team is getting their asses handed to them yearly...

...been an Ohio State fan my whole life...and been one long enough to know that "historical perspective" only matters in this series to the last game played...

        and unchainme...get it right...in Tressel's tenure...he's 4-1...not 3-1......

I will concur though that the Bo and Woody days were the grand days of college football...for 1...and for 2...of course...Bo's from Ohio State...

even Michigan knows where to go for good coaches...

All that being said...no fucking clue what this has to do with the Cavs and the Pistons...

        Historical perspective...hahahahahahaha

        4-1

And don't worry...when we go 5-1 next year...you'll finally be able to get rid of that ham n' egger Carr...

I'm sure there's an OSU assistant ready to take the job...

        36-34...Miami up...Detroit runnin' a bit though...

Oops Sorry Bro...LMMFAO..Michigan is kinda stuck in a rut right now. OSU is pretty much dominating the Conference.

Those ten years they coached against each other were freakin' Wars...

Bo went 5-4-1 against Woody...and liked nothing better than to put it to Hayes...

During those 10 years...I'm pretty sure that OSU or Michigan finished first each year...and the other finished 2nd 8 of those 10 years...

It's amazing when you look at the 2's career...

            Bo went 234-68-8

            Woody went 238-72-10...

            unreal...Woody with 4 more losses...4 more wins...and 2 more ties...

            utterly identical...

Woody went 16-11-1 overall against Michigan...

            Bo went 11-9-1 against OSU...

both won 13 big ten titles...

            Woody won 5 national titles...

            Bo...none...which amazes me...

Woody went 4-4 in the Rose bowl...

            Bo went 2-8...

Woody on Bo: "If Bo is not a winner, I never saw one and I should know. He beat me the last three games we played. We've fought and quarreled for years but we're great friends."

Bo on Woody: "There was plenty to criticize about Woody Hayes. His methods were tough, his temper was, at times, unforgivable. And, unless you knew him or played for him, it is hard to explain why you liked being around the guy. But you didn't just like it, you loved it. He was simply fascinating."

Two guys that utterly respected each other...

              27-25-2

So...we look at recent history between OSU and Michigan...

              and since Woody Hayes...

              OSU has a 27-25-2...

Now...you take away the AHole John Cooper's 2-10-1 record (we all can safely admit that I could get a group of arm and legless people, and beat a Cooper coached team), and you have 25-15-1...

              either way...

You can make the "history" look however you want to...if you start at the right time...

I, personally, like to start with the year before...and end there as well...

because if you know Michigan or OSU football...it's all about the last game...period...

              history is just that...

I wouldn't say OSU is dominating the conference...it's a great conference...lot's of good teams...and with Penn Suck up there now...there are 4 legit teams yearly...

I do think it's the best football conference in the land...although the SEC and ACC homos will be rollin' in soon with all their horseshit...

                      Interesting game so far...

Miami up 4 at the break...but in some foul trouble...

both Shaq and DWade have 3 personal fouls...and were on the bench...

might actually help Shaq down the stretch...

Gary Payton coming up big so far for the Heat...

IMO...Detroit HAS to win this game...

I think Miami will win game 2...either way...

:p No, we don't! I know you Cavs fans are watching this series with bated breath hoping Detroit will choke, but one game does not win a series. I'm not surprised Miami came out swinging...they've had over a WEEK to get it together! Detroit has beaten them before in the Eastern Finals (and numerous times during the regular season) and they'll do it again.

They know what to do and they're not stressing one game loss. I figured they'd drop Game 1 anyway.

I could give a shit less who wins this series...I hate both fucking teams.

I'd rather the team that beat the Cavs win the title...so at least have a fucking clue what you are talking about before you rattle off nonsense.

If you know anything about LAYOFFS...history dictates that the team with the layoff loses the first game back because they are rusty...I forget what the #'s are...but it's something ridiculous like 70% to the team who's been playing consistently when the other team has a week layoff.

and something like 65% that the layoff team wins game 2....

just stating the facts...instead of spouting off bullshit.

Facts are the facts...Cleveland...against the Pistons playing well...doesn't go 7 games. The Pistons are playing like dogs right now...and are extremely primed for an upset.

If you figured they'd drop game one...than you just don't know the history of the game...

You want to war with me about sports teams...that's fine and good...

                            but know this...

I could give a shit less...

if you aren't concerned about the Pistons shooting like armless whores...than you are simply lying...

                              Chauncey is playing like dogshit.

The man is simply too fucking worried about drawing the foul instead of just shooting the fucking ball.

Sheed is playing like shit too, but he does on occasion ... this team hasn't been shit since the first 2 games of the Cavs series.
