There's alot of renewed interest in Steve Winwood all of a sudden. Every station on the dial is playing the hell out of that fucking song.

Having millions of dollars in the bank, a giant house, the media kissing your feet to get you on air, good friends with Eddie Van Halen, and snorting coke off a porn stars taint......sounds like a win to me.

Reading a lot of the quotes from Charlie Sheen over the last few days, they really did remind me of some of the Dave quotes floating around. In a good way. I think the shit the guy saying is bizarrely profound. I'd've never thought of it. And while Dave seems to be saying the same lines over and over, it just seems to be spilling out of Sheen constantly. Doesn't sound rehearsed, just sounds like stream-of-consciousness.

              And it's fucking hilarious.
I've got the cure you're thinkin' of.

WRONG! That was Santana! You lose and we have no lovely parting gifts for you.

Maybe if you increased your musical knowledge, then you would start WINNING!

I think Charlie succeeded in combining Dave's upbeat ramblings with Eddie's shitty attitude.

Christ, I hated that song the first 60 or so times I heard it, and that was on the first day FM radio played the Godforsaken piece of shit. My girlfriend made the ultimate remark about the song at the time: "Wow, that song got old fast."

By the way, it was Santana, not Winwood.

They interviewed a guy who played baseball with Charlie Sheen at Santa Monica High School. I guess his name was Carlos Estavez in those days. He was one hell of a good pitcher and could probably have gone pro. This guy said Charlie was the guy who was so smart he would get bored in school and do poorly grade wise. He was expelled right before graduation for cutting classes and poor grades.

It was also mentioned that Charlie's father Martin Sheen was a super nice guy who always said hello or smiled and waved when he drove by.

Hey, if Sheen has another son he should name him WINNING!

One of Danny Bonaduce's councilers said they tested Danny's IQ and he's very intelligent actually. I remember this shrink saying a lot of these guys who are wild are actually so smart they get bored easy and always have to have a lot of things going on to satisfy them. He said they typically have no fear, big egos, and big appetites. I think Charlie falls into that category.
