Like a really big sea snail.. The texture is like calamari..
I have never eaten snails. I have seen them eaten in Croatia, but the smaller ones. They take them out of the shell with a needle when they are cooked...

I forgot to post the pic of the sauce for the "asado" !!!. In Argentina it´s unthinkable to eat asado without our Chimichurri Sauce !!!
Chimichurri sauce is chopped parsley, minced garlic, vinegar, salt and oil. Tomato, fresh red bell pepper or dried flakes, or lemon can be added.
My hubby took the pic, while I was trying to log in at the RA, but I couldn´t because there wasn´t good Internet signal.
I am the laziest girl in the world when it comes to cooking. I just ate fruit the whole day. But now I had a dinner. I took some olive oil on a plate, salted it, squeezed some lemon, warmed it in micro for maybe 15 seconds and dipped bread in it.
