Almond encrusted Flounder with a creamy lemon-dill sauce.. Not bad, but a little bland for my taste.

This was lunch. Palak paneer without the cheese this time. I am addicted to this. It's beginning to be a problem. But it's healthy, so... Why not :D

I made the dinner myself. I used creme fraiche in this. I am not usually "milky" in my approach to food, but I can tolerate this one dish.

I do the same thing with mahi mahi. Mango salsa rocks! I practically drink the stuff. We had grilled salmon the other night and I put pinapple/habanero sauce on it. That was really good too.
