ROTH is a very charismatic frontman but as far as pure voice he is not a giant. Yelling in an amplified falsetto doesn't qualify. You have to be able to slip seamlessly from your bottom to your top register back and forth without screwing up. The rock singers that can do this the best are (drum roll): Geoff Tate of Queensryche, Klaus Meine of Scorpions, Sebastian Bach of Skidrow, and Steve Perry of Journey..
