Ever have a Gyro? That's made from lamb. Seriously, I fucking love lamb. If I ever go out to a nice Steak/Chop restaurant, I'll usually order lamb chops over steaks. When done properly, the shit is a slice of friggin' heaven. This one place used to make a lamb shank served over garlic mashed potatoes with truffles, bacon and wild mushroom gravy. Fuck, that shit was the best. For fifty bucks a plate, it was beyond worth it.
