WRONG! Bush won the election by the smallest popular vote percentage of any incumbent since at least Woodrow Wilson. He received more electoral votes than Clinton because there was a significant third party candidate running (Perot). I love your selective facts, but they are either incorrect or taken out of context.

First of all, anyone who paid attention already knows that Perot's following was made up almost entirely of republicans. You may remember, the ones that were pissed at Bush41 for passing a democrat sponsored tax after saying, "No new taxes".

Now, that being said...how do you explain Bush43 getting 51.04% of the popular vote as an incumbent, when Clinton only received 49.23% as an incumbent?
