very good dc also i'd like to point out that here in cowtown kansas we play with the weather routinely, for our own benefit. Have you ever heard of cloud seeding?
Why is it so farfetched, to believe that if we can/will "monkey" with the weather for our benefit here in the states, we wouldn't/couldn't do it elsewhere?

But I'll believe it when I see on THE FOLLOWING web site, which is highly critical of American weapon's research. It's run by the Federation of American Scientists. They would have something on this believe me, since they have sources in Gov't research that moonlight. This site has some really interesting and RELIABLE information, and yes they are critical of U.S. policies.
