Britain was seeing the same fact back in 1990 when about 1/5 of all school kids were non-white. And by the way 40% of the black kids in that stat were single parent. Also predicted some time back was in 2090 Europe would have a non-white majority.

And great point about education. So how much more do we need to spend? If we took every dollar for education targeted to these same people and doubled it, would we get a better result? I can't think we will due the outcomes we currently see. Lower IQ's and lower state test scores all around and colleges that have to lower entrance requirements to meet a quota.
