So ELBOW, it seems you missed the part where the POTUS talked about that photo you've been ranting about, and what it was about: That it was the victim's friend (seen in said "photo op" hugging Obama)'s refusing to leave her side after she was shot in the neck, - (you used to work in a hospital, that's a pretty gnarly injury, yes?) her friend stayed, maintained pressure on the wound while shots continued to ring out around them and after until paramedics got to her, basically saving her life. He made the point of how that is what makes America great; how it evokes the spirit of American unity... you know, that thing you're against.

So eager to hate on the POTUS you completely miss the human element.

There are also witnesses who said tear gas was thrown in from both sides of the room...
