Bottom line is that the US military has not been used to defend THIS country even once since 1945.

Korea. Vietnam. Afghanistan. Iraq (Poppy OR Chimpy's version).

None of it had a goddamn thing to do with THIS country.

NOT the men and women who signed up with the best of intentions, or did so because it was their best shot at getting an education, or a job or whatever. Yeah, even you, Sockfucker.

You're right and wrong at the same. Korea, Nam and Iraq had nothing to do with a direct attack or action against the U S. In Korea we took part in someone elses civil war. Nam? Too complicated for me to really figure out but still someone elses war. Iraq in Kuwait? Not our war. Getting rid of Saddam? Again not our call. Afghanistan? If they had anything (the taliban or al -qeada) to do with 9/11 it was damn sure defending this country.
But if I joined the military knowing I was gonna have to kill somebody I had no beef with whatsoever just to get an education or a paycheck I would be a murderer. A fucking hit man.

If you believe the official BCE steaming pile of bullshit "official" story (and apparently you do) then 15 of those 19 cave dwelling imbeciles were Saudi Arabians, as was the guy they took orders from. The other 4 were from Yemen and Egypt (I think?) NONE were from Afghanistan.

So if you're looking for a "justified" war, why didn't you tell Chimpy to invade Saudi Arabia? Not that he would have, of course, given the relationship between the BCE and the House of Saud.

And the Taliban had nothing to do with it at all. The BCE propaganda used the terms "Taliban" and "Al Qaeda" interchangably to make them sound like they were the same thing, but they were not. The Taliban are religious fundie zealot assholes, but they really couldn't have given a fuck about anything outside of Afghanistan.

They DID however, piss off the BCE by burning up their poppy fields, and blocking UNOCAL's plans to construct that oli & natural gas pipeline from the Caspian Sea region.

I'm aware they were Saudis. But terrorist or mercenaries could come from anywhere. The guy that shot up the theatre was an American but that doesn't make America responsible for his actions. He was a terrorist.
