We went from a president that openly didn't care about Bin Laden, to one that DID, and killed him.

Funny thing about that is that Ann previously said she wanted to move back to Massachusetts if Mittens lost the election.

I haven't smoked weed since 2000 or so, therefore I'm not really impacted personally that much by it one way or the other. I just think it's a ridiculous thing to be wasting millions of dollars prosecuting and incarcerating people over a relatively harmless plant. Not to mention all the potential uses of the non-THC containing forms of the hemp plant which need to be legalized in either case, but probably won't until the stoney kind is.

Who is going to legally challenge it though? I think the cops here in the state of Washington would breathe a sigh of relief that they no longer have to waste time and money busting stoners. The only challenge I can think of would come from the federal government. And Eric Holder needs to get over himself.
