One of my first jobs was bussing tables, so I'm well aware of how servers are paid by restaurants (usually below minimum wage), therefore I've always tried to tip well.

So allow me to clarify: Zealot Christian douchebags (not to be confused with actual christians, who would never to something this cunty) annoy the fuck out of me, and deserve absolutely no respect.
