They look like Arabs to me Middle Easteners is more likely than Saudi Arabic as a deffinative word.

Arguably, it's more tragic, because it was probably entirely preventable.

Crazy sick fucks have always existed, and likely will always exist, so things like Boston/Oklahoma City/WTC/ etc. are rare, and hopefully always will be, but you can't exactly prevent them.

Industrial accidents should be mostly avoidable if the industries were properly regulated. (The shitty workmanship on the BP oil rig in the Gulf in 2011, being an obvious example)
