I'm having enough trouble attempting to come to grips with the twists and turns of this story, especially given the internet filters here at work. So can anyone clarify for me if a group has claimed responsibility for this act? Normally, these jugheads are climbing all over themselves in announcing the so-called "glory of their cause," yet I have yet to read or hear anything in that regard. What gives?

As far as I know, nobody has claimed "credit" for anything, with either the Boston incident or the ricin letters.

Beloit Area Community Health Center has been quarantined after a man delivered an envelope containing powder that apparently caused burning of the eyes in three people.

About 65 people have been quarantined and at least 11 people were being taken to a hospital after those 11 had been decontaminated at the scene.
