Our Constitution and Bill of Rights...add the Federalist Papers too as they were used to explain the 2 to the common man...their forward thinking was to provide a nation with an open ended system Republic that can (and they knew it would) change. Well, the "democrats" probably only applauded because Steny WHORE made the speech.
