No, what I insinuated is that if you're a Medicaid patient you're probably not gonna have access to a family practice or pediatrician that has after hours care. So what's the other option? Town voodoo doctor? No, Emergency Room.

And yeah, I must be special since my practice - and most around here - offer that service. I'm sure they all started offering after hours care just in case I wanted it. It couldn't possibly be because some of their thousands of regular patients - not some dipshit walkins like at the ER or Urgent Care - might not be able to get in there to be seen during the day because they might not be able to leave this new thing called work.
