I think the Goldo's slightly similar to the WD tremsetter, except it's way easier to adjust...

Which reminds me, I recall seeing a Youtube of some guy "reviewing" (read: slagging) the Goldo,
and there IS slight click when the adjustment screw returns to its place...

Was thinkin'....Mahogany body, Duncan Custom and the Brass Big-Block...that's going to be FAT and MEAN sounding...in a good way...might be a little on the dark side, but the maple neck/board will brighten it up a bit...

I'm playing by feel. Ordered a 37L instead...

Besides,

it depends on how deep your recession is, and more so if you're using a recessed backplate too, (or a thinner body ala a Jackson) then you'd probably use a 32

And I doubt I'll be using a recessed backplate, if at all...

Cool, you should be fine. I'm using 37s in my recessed Strats. I spoke briefly to Adam via email, he said measure just to be sure, but A) you don't have the body yet and B ) the body you ordered -with the exception of it being Mahogany sounds like pretty the same specs as mine...

Btw, I'm putting Graph Tech saddles on my Charvel rebuild, too...

Personally, of course not - we haven't heard your stuff yet, that would be rediculous.

That's not a rule of thumb statement so much as a guideline and a generality. And with only a hundred posts you haven't really shared much as the others have who've been here almost ten years between this board and a few others.

If I bag on the others, its because they we're familiar with each other and a few have no excuse. They're old, they know better, or could do better.

Jay can play a little and Im sure DiamondJimi enjoys playing if he has so many heads and cabinets, certainly he spends a little air time with the instrument even if there arent any strings on it and a Van Halen CD is playing...
