Eddie Van Halen ---> Final Meltdown in Arizona--->November 19, 2004.
Too much corroboration from fans for this to not be true.
I love it. The final nail in the coffin for VAN HAGAR.

Ed needs some intervention and quickly. He needs to sober up and make ammends with Dave. Even if they never play together again, its the demons of resentment that are making him this crazy. Drinking in excess is just a sympton of the disease. It goes much deeper.

I am a fan of good music.
Van Hagar is not good music.
Exactly, WARF....
5 stars.
"Honey, my shirt got itself torn up. My shirt tore itself on that stripper's hand, and I need it to be sewed up for the show."
"No problem, Dave, no problem. Say hello to Fluffy."
"Fuck you, Fluffy."
"No, no, you're going to upset Fluffy."
"I ain't saying hello to no stuffed bear."
"You know, now that I think about it, it's going to take a little longer to sew up that shirt than I was thinking."
"Hi Fluffy, how you been?"
"Now that I'm thinking of it even more, it's going to take half the time, Double D, Diamond Dave! Would you hold Fluffy?"
"N--- yeah."
So Ed's finally flipped in public. I can't really say that I'm surprised by any of this after ringing journo's earlier in the tour to complain about his reviews.

I'm sure it's a combination of a lot of things. The dude probably wasn't well enough to be out there at all this year. I really hope he can turn things around for himself, and that he wants to. He may not even realize he's in bad shape.

I just dont think it's in Ed's heart to be doing this. Let's face it. Ed is a full blown Alchy. Mood swings, tantrums... He isn't going to get along with people. Lets not klick him well he's down. I ache for him. This isn't funny, It VERY SAD. Anyone laughing has not LIVED with an alcholic with a mind deranged from alcoholism. Imagine what those kids were thinking. Just for a minute stop thinking of DAVE, stop thinking of THE MUSIC and think like a human being. Sorry folks, I love this board and alot of you peeps, but there is NOTHING funny about this behavior.

ROFL!!
What's funny is that Eddie did that with Gary on the VDIII tour, but the meaning was entirely different.
