Seriously, this is a valid question. Does Dave want back in Van Halen because he thinks HE was wrong for leaving, or does he think Eddie & co learned a very valuable lesson that they can make alot of money without him but they still need him to run his mouth and look like a fool?

Silly Hagar fan. Dave wants back in the band because there is potential there to have Van Halen be a great rock n roll band again. I dont think its money. I dont think Dave is broke. Dave won't be a savior. Trust me on this. I love Dave...but contrary to popular belief...he's NOT Van Halen.
He quit. He failed. He's pining. Yet he's still great as a solo artist. Obviously all the the mother fuckers who post here and worship his ass don't buy tickets to his shows, otherwise he'd be headlining Madison Square Garden.
Don't miss the point here...I WANT Dave to succeed...He's just gotta put more effort into what he's doing now.

Oh, and by the way...I will pay mucho dollars to see Dave live...but damn it sucks when all the folks I grew up with, who didn't idolize classic Van Halen the way I did, make fun of me when I go see Dave perform in a bar...
It's as if all I stood for as a youth was bullshit.
