    Sad Sad Sad

It is sad to see the way some people are eating this Spammy crap up,
especially after all the shit he said about greatest hits albums and not doing it for the money.
Anyway......the best rock concert I ever saw in my life was the EEAS
tour at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto in '86. Obviously Dave was at his best because of all the crap Edwina was saying about him.
It was better than the 1984 tour.....but having said that, I want to see
the classic and best original Van Halen back together as much as anyone.
I think it will happen after Van Hagar crashes and burns!!

Those shows in Detroit are NOT SOLD OUT.

Neither is the one is Grand Rapids, Michigan.

They don't list VH on their first page of upcoming shows.

I don't remember those guys....but I do remember the babe in the front row of the back balcony flashing her tits at Dave.

The only recent press I've read was the "surprisingly low" response of the tour.

Not to flame or start an arguement but, I am not surprised at all.

That's not my Roth fanaticism speaking. That's common sense.

Duran Duran sounds less dated than Van Hagar. The music style of the 80's has come and gone.

Van Halen was not adhering to trends. It's timeless, unimintable and cocksure in an attitude that will never get old.

They were on the floors about row 20. They were carrying a huge joint man I thought it was hilarious. I was 2nd row for that one. Man still remember that show like it was yesterday.

Did you see the '88 show and the second one later that summer at Kingswood? We saw Greg and Matt Bisonette doing the rides before the show!

Van Halen's reunion is a success before they even play their first date. Sell-out shows were recorded for first day ticket sales in many of the markets.

Shows in Boston, New York, St Louis and Las Vagas were instant sell-outs But the on the first day with extra shows added for those markets.

At the Mandalay in Las Vegas, Van Halen tickets were the hottest ticket in town since the venue opened five years ago. All tickets sold out in 30 minutes.

The tour marks the first time Sammy Hagar has been back with the band in nine years. Hagar was lead singer for Van Halen between 1985-1996, replacing the flamboyant David Lee Roth.

He sang on the albums but 5150, OU812, For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge, and Balance as well as the live album Right Here Right Now.

                          Hey marchin2mars,

I must ask you a question. Why are you here? Seriously? I read and posted in your thread at Brett's this afternoon before Glenn closed it. Why would you want to post in a forum where the members......

are very bitter people. They are also very delusional. They have so much hatred for Sam that its kinda scary.

                          They need help

Kind of hypocritical don't you think? :p Oh, I forgot there aren't any lively Spam forums on the net are there? Be the woman that we all know you can be, quit stirring the pot and go away. I'd say gracefully but you people just don't get it do you? I'm a die-hard Denver Broncos fan and I would NEVER post on an Oakland Raiders message board! Get my drift? Of course you don't.

Again, please do tell us why you are here?

                          In closing, how about this????????????????

                          :fucku2:

A sold out show is one where tickets are not available. Why cant you Spamsters figure this out ? Seems pretty simple to me...

Are you talking about gay 106.7 The Drive's site? It is there, it's their "2nd Birthday Bash". Sounds pretty latenly homo-erotic if you ask me. You should listen to that stupid station and how much they looooove Hagar. They are all about that clown, it's sickening. And then they have the gull to try and make fun of the best station, 101 WRIF for "not giving away enough tickets"? Yeah, there's a huge reason why the WRIF doesn't get too involved, because like all us here at RothArmy know that Van Halen is DAVE, Eddie, Alex and Michael. Fuck 106.7
