All I needed to hear this morning was for Dave to say that CBS could fire him and not pay him the rest of his contract.

I'm also wondering WHO DLR's Attorney was... any good attorney would make sure to put Clauses and Amendments to Contracts that would make sure to protect DLR in such a situation. The Attorneys usually take a fine tooth comb to a contract to make sure that it reads in the best interest for BOTH parties just like a Pre-nuptial.

DLR's ATTORNEY......shame on you for not protecting your client!

1. Sencio is not an employee of CBS...he's been with Roth for years...and even had discussions with THIS site to become the official Roth site about 3 years ago...during the Hagar/Roth tour. He was sneaky about the deal though...trying to get us to promise to get rid of any boots or vids that we had uploaded before we could continue "negotiations." Sarge essentially decided that it didn't make sense for THIS site to be the official site.

2. C'mon...are you going to sit here and tell me that it's Sencio and/or Roth's lawyer's fault because he didn't have Carte Blanche? You don't think DAVE should have known that?

if he didn't...after this many years in the business, and after we assumed that he was the brains behind VH...

than either we've been wrong for a long time...Dave's got alzheimers...or...well...
