102.3 WBAB in Long Island had a 10-15 minutes discussion about the R&RHOF during their morning show. The two hosts did not have any "inside" information, rather they discussed the induction ceremony as it centered around VH. After laying out the scenarios of playing/not playing, the hosts were in favor of Dave doing a Dave song and Sammy doing a Sammy song and then both doing a third song like Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love. Following the hosts' discussion they opened it up to callers (about five made it on air). Callers seemed to agree with the suggestion of the hosts for the most part, but the last caller was a woman who got through and she was well versed with all of the issues that have plagued VH. She def was a true VH fan to say the least. She was cordial and polite and simply stated that she had hoped that Edward, Alex, David and Michael could put any differences behind them just for one night and show some class by not being at each other's throats.

Amen to that I say!

On a side note - I'm hoping The Guy will drop in and post one of his updates. He mentioned "a week or so" a little while back regarding when the announcement will take place. With the Official Website having been changed from non-informative due to lack of information for 20 months to being non-informative and not allowing any access beyond the welcome screen, one would guess that some annoucement is in the very near future.

There will never be a more vague responder to a reunion than Eddie himself.Just going on the Stern interview he sounds like he is morphing into the rock n roll version of Howard Hughes. I put my money on a few shows after the RRHoF,but not many.I dont think he would survive an all-out tour-LOOK AT HIM!!!!
