so when they need to cash in after another five years of inactivity, do we get the Very Very Best Of?
Writing In All Proper Case Takes Extra Time, Is Confusing To Read, And Is Completely Pointless.

no live dave...it would be "embarrissing for the fans"...remember?

I still have six BO-VH albums and don't need another one...if the live tracks are dave, fine, one has to get them and to post them here...no cent from me fo the lying dutchmen...

question: Why are there going to be songs on BOV2 that were already on BOV1? Whats the point?

          Most likely reason: cash grab

question: Why are they putting Dancing in the streets on the BOV2, when the entire band hated that song...except for Dave?
Most likely reason: peaked at #38 on the Top 100 chart.

question: Why wouldn't WB insist on separating the discs into 2 different eras? Disc 1 all dave. Disc 2 all sammy. Then sell them separately, just to show the bros. who the REAL lead singer of that group is.
Most likely reason: WB wants to keep the entire catalogue selling, not just the good stuff.

question: If this band is going to go down as one of the greates rock n roll bands of all time, why do we need to ask so many fucking questions?
Most likely reason: Their place in the annals of rock 'n roll is on a slippery slope with so many lead singer changes.

extra bonus question: If Def Leppard can put out an all cover album from the 70's era and it sells, then why is Dave having so much trouble and getting so much flack for his Diamond Dave cd?
Most likely reason: People expect more out of Dave than Def Leppard.

LMFAO, check my last post, I told you it would be from RHRN. I would have thought they wouldn't have announced that for a while to tag us along a bit longer.

That's exactly my question. The thing that really ticks me off is that they could've put DLR's live tracks at the end of CD1 and put ALL of Spammy's crap on the other CD.

That way, after buying it, we could use CD 2 as a coaster or ashtray.

Make no mistake, the VH Bros. did this 'Remixing' of both eras on purpose, and it flat out sucks shit.

Here's how I think the track listing should have been.

                      Disc 1

                      Eruption
                      Ain't Talkin' 'bout Love

                      Dance the Night Away
                      And the Cradle Will Rock...
                      Everybody Wants Some!!
                      Unchained

Is it me, or is there 16 Roth songs, not including the 3 live ones (which are Roth songs with sammy singing) and there are 17 Sammy songs included are the 3 new ones? I wonder how Sam feels about having only 1 more song on this VERY BEST OF, than Roth who hasn't been with the band as long and hasn't been with the band regularly since 84? Weird. I know if I was Sam Id be pissed....again.
And Im guessing Roth will get a nice pay day outta this Best Of? cool.
Notice how Ed's Eruption needs to be on this BO again?

You are right. That's the way it should've been.
The thing is the sisters don't have the BALLS to do that.
They know the Roth era would oversell Sapammy shit by a way more than a long shot
They don't want to deal with that nor WB.
I'm so fed up with those fags. Fuck Van Hagar!

Holy shit, I just realized....those live tracks might be from RHRN. That would be the ultimate back-stabbing, slap in the face to DLR and all of us Roth fans. The only songs released from that gawdawful CD, and it's ONLY the DLR songs covered by Spammy.

But alas, there is AMAZING news!!!

If the 3 LIVE tracks are indeedido Hagarita's versions, then there would be ABSOLUTELY NO REASON IN THE WORLD TO BUY THE CD. We already have the 6-Pack remastered, so why buy this compilation.

As a matter of fact, even if the live tracks ARE DAVE, it's easier and cheaper to just download those tracks and SCREW VAN HAGAR for their apparent slap in the face to us.

                            March on, Roth Soldiers!

No reason to buy that shit if we already have the 6 remasters.
All DLR hardcore fans should just fucking boycot any Van Hagar shit.

well i dont plan on buying it. There is nothing good or new for me to enjoy. the live tracks are Sam. The new tracks are Sam. (prob the tunes that Roth and Ed did in 2000 actually) So I have zero inticement to buy. Fuck Hagar. The sales will be well below the 2 million mark. Gauranteed.
