Spambo McDonald sucks. Period. He ruined the band, wrote Cheesey lyrics, and dissed Dave way to often. If MA wants to run around with a complete douchebag, all the power to him. But make no mistake about it. It does not give him the right to call himself the otherhalf, and it does not give him the right to automatically be part of Van Halen. Especially now that Dave is back. Bassplayer is gone and it is completely his fault. See ya sauce boy.

No disrespect intended, but I cant see how anyone thinks this could possibly be good. From what I understand about the last tour, Ed could hardly play some nights. I can't imagine he's any better now. On the other hand I cant imagine he'd embarrass his kid and I cant imagine Alex would allow himself to be embarrassed. But after all these years of negativity and backbiting, I just can't imagine this will end well. Also, why does everyone hate MA so much. So the guy is friends with Hagar. Hagar kept that group going after Dave left, and while I KNOW they were much better with Dave, they had a lot of success with Hagar. So what if MA plays with Hagar? He's a musician, and he got tired of waiting around for Ed to get it together.

Shut the fuck up about Hagar already. You Hagar fans are all the same. You can't except the fact that Van Halen ended after Dave left and now you are pissed Dave is back and Hagar is out.. Also, there are a lot of people here and elsewhere who want Mike in the band but Mike is out....DEAL WITH IT. If you don't want to support this thing then don't. If you are on a mission (like you seem to be because you keep posting the same crap on a number of threads here) to try to change people's minds about being psyched for this then you are wasting your time. Since you are so pissed off at what is going on now why don't you just let go and move on instead of showing up here to bitch and moan about it. And enough with your, "Eddie disrespected me and the rest of the fans" crap. You sound like a damn pussy.

Relax, just because people want CLASSIC Van Halen (which includes Michael Anthony) people get excited as this is some how a knock on Roth.

Hagar is not Van Halen, but the one to blame is Eddie. Saying Anthony could have fought with the Van Halen brothers to keep Roth in the band is laughable.

Roth has not been saying anything bad about Anthony and when he does speak about it, I imagine he'll say it was Eddie's decision. I'll bet if it was up to Roth, Anthony would be in the band.

Bass Player has been dead weight for years. Then he starts running his mouth about how he didn't play bass on some shitty songs as if anyone cared. He talks shit about the brothers and Dave and then he's pissed they don't want him on tour? Hell, I bet the rumor is true that he didn't even call them when their Mom died.

Bass Player has treated the VH brothers like shit right back. He has bit the hand that fed him all these years. Anyone could have played bass and went "oooooh aaaaaahhhh" and now The Wolf will handle it.

Maybe if Bass Player had offered to cut Ed in on the hot sauce money, hell if it hadn't been for Ed Bass Player would probably be driving truck wishing he had the connections to make his own sauce. Somehow I doubt anyone would buy his truck driver hot sauce.

Yeah, Mike is no angel like some believe that he is. And I am sure that we don't know the whole story regarding the Mike and Ed thing. I wish he was in the band but some are taking this love for Michael Anthony too far.
