    Dave And Sam At Induction

How funny would it be if only Dave and Sammy showed up. That would be awesome, and not so far fetched. I can't wait to see how that goes down.

Might not be too far fetched of a scenario. Michael Anthony is slated to be on Sammy's Cabo Cruise from March 11 - 18. Now it just may be that Michael doesn't board until port in Puerto Vallarta or Mazatlan, allowing him to miss the first couple cruise days and attend RRHOF ceremony. And Dave stated he is unsure if the Van Halen's will attend.

Dave & Sammy have appeared together at the VMA's and concert press conference, so they could probably pull it off without the drama.

But we want to see the trainwreck. Here's hoping they ALL show up.

If the sisters don't show up....and I know I will get clobbered for this.......

But Sam should just call up Montrose and, as Dave would say.....have them rev up some classic VH tunes, let Roth come out and nail the shit out of 'em....

Then Sam should just do 'Bad Motor Scooter', act like the rest of it doesn't matter...

      And walk off.

Next thing you know some Sheep will come over here and suggest a duet of Finish What Ya Started.

No Montrose, if Dave is going to perform VH without VH, call Vai or the Atomic Punks.

The only way Vai would get in the RRHOF is if he buys a ticket.

At least someone like Ronnie Montrose or Leslie West has the street cred AND might actually do it (since it's the only way THEY get to hang out at the RRHOF as well!)

But no way on a post-VH guitar player. Especially one with the tone of a fine mosquito.

It's all academic, anyway. If Ed is cranked out of his brain, then Dave-Mike-Sam show up and don't play.

If Val is the problem, then I bet everyone shows up. Might not play, but they would show up if that is the primary problem right now.

If Dave and Sam show up at the hall. I hope they go on stage and Dave looks over at spammy and says, I don't remember you and proceeds to drop kick spammy right off the stage.

Dave will roll with whoever shows up or not....I don't expect VH to perform music there at all but if they do , it'll be fun to watch.
I also don't see Dave duking out anything with Sam...that was already done years ago.

Yep. These guys only get one night to do it, and do it with class.

Dave will take his rightful place as THE GAME (to steal from pro wrestling). He will say something (30 seconds or 30 minutes) that is worth rewinding on the VCR for years to come.

Sam knows he's sneaking in on a technicality. He's just glad to be there and it's a lifetime moment for him. He ain't makin' waves.

Honestly, if they all show up, just look for Ed to do something dickish and frosty to Mike and Sam. Ed will be the only one out of that whole bunch with any chance of doing something no-class.

Exactly. If it's bad, it will be due to Eddie.

The correct description, according to the late Frank Zappa, is "the tone of an electric ham sandwich".

Dave has the "it" factor. He's a star. When he walks in the room, everyone turns to look his way. People either love him or hate him. No doubt, everyone will want to hear what he has to say.
