The timing for Dave is lousy. His being involved led some to believe Ed could pull this off, even after the '04 fiasco. I was hoping, but not too much. If Dave never got back with Ed, we wouldn't care less about whether or not they played, or any tour. Now the hall itself is fucking Dave over, and somehow this becomes Ed's fault? I agree that the timing is suspect on this whole rehab thing. If the truth be known, I think Ed's doing this crap just to rain on Dave's parade (again). I truly believe he'd screw this thing up just to get at Dave because he knows how important it would be to him. The sad thing is that poor ol' Wolfie is denied seeing his old man get honored because Ed's such a prick.
