Sammy did maybe four or five CVH songs live...

I don't think he did Unchained until the 2004 tour...

That's not exactly "Karaoke-ing the 6 pack for years"

Nah, the drama may actually be in their favor...

It's my belief that if they are actually good they could attract the large crowds again...

Actually, Van Hagar did both "Unchained" and "RWTD" in 1993.

            And it was horrible.

              And you know what?

They do it better than the original artists ever did.

Listen to Martha and the Vandellas version of "Dancing in the Streets."

              It's painful.

Even worse? Mick Jagger and David Bowie's cover of it.

              Talk about "The Ick Factor."

I hated the song, period, until =VH= did it.

                fuck him...

He's fucked this band in more ways than any of us can count...

and now he's fucking us out of the hall of fame...

which most of us have been looking for for years...

and we are supposed to be thinking it's GOOD he's not performing...

                Wow...
                My sentiments entirely.

I'd love to see Dave perfom: however, if he did I can imagine that it would damage the chances of a reunion tour by pissing Ed off...
