I do think that played a major key part of why the others didn't show. For Ed to go into rehab only a couple of days before the induction, then something going on with Dave a couple of days before. They couldn't just come out and say, if they are going we are not.

But, if you had Velvet Revolver fuck up your history like they did last night...then have Sam up there....it was best for them not to show. Leave themselves way out of the picture.
