I don't know. I've got a 30 gig Zune, and I'm more than happy to plug that bad boy in, put it on random and drive for a week and a half and never hear the same song twice.

It's now decaying slowly in the Sheep Pen where all things that start out with good intentions end up with one bad apple spoils the bunch. It finally lost mileage.... just in time for the new Stern/EVH rumor.
Stern was a lot funnier when he had to operate within some constraints. The things he couldn't say were even funnier when you had to imagine what it was he was thinking.
They all were a lot funnier/more entertaining when they had to get around the rules. That wsa half the point of listening -- what were they going to get away with.
My brother just got satellite and I gotta say -- it's a big let down. On the classic rock, pop, and modern rock stations it's all the same songs I hear over and over on the radio. The DJs are so laughable and dorky. In fact, the only good part of it is that there's a Big Band/Swing station and I can listen to that outside of Yahoomusic.

Originally posted by The Guy I have been around Ed alot since his time in rehab. He has not touched anything alcohol related once, in fact there is no booze, wine or beer in the studio or in the house.
The man is doing good, that crap came from a guy who works for the National Enquirer. What more is there to say about that?
Do not expect a tour in 2007, its not in the plans anymore. Like I said before, there will be a new album before any tour. Look for it in the first few months of 2008.
Fuck off. Way to cuntradict yourself you fraud.
The only Ed you've been around is some leather clad dude in a Village People tribute band.

Talk radio guys in general take a lot of vacations. It's a union gig, for one thing. (God bless unions!!)
Also, in the case of someone like Stern, it gives them some time to come up with new material, aside from the daily news topics.
I go into withdrawals when Mike Malloy's off the air for a whole week (or God forbid, longer) but I know that regular vacations keep him healthy and happy in his work.

I can't think of many in the VH messageboard community that are LESS worthy of having a face to face conversation with AVH than JackedOffOn. If Alex would have been familiar with that faggot's posts, we would all be discussing how Al got arrested for assault and battery of some random schlub. Now if it were Loss of Control or....I dunno...Full Bug....or.... fill in the blank with one of the many decent, reputable posters we all know... that had the encounter - I would have believed it in a heart beat.
Depends how you look at it. As Pojo kind of posted if AVH had given an interview to a drummer magazine or something saying the same thing we would all have said 'Fucking AVH he has a history of BS'.
Instead lots of of folk said the same thing about JackedOff.
If AVH said that stuff to JO then it doesn't make it true either way.
I think 'The Guy' character is a bullshitter. I think AVH is a bullshitter. All I'm saying is that since JO did indeed meet AVVH then it seems unlikely he would then make up the story of what was said because my gut instinct in human nature is that just meeting him would have been a big enough story for him without making other shit up.

I put my ipod on shuffle and I have variety.
There's actually some FM stations trying some sort of "ipod shuffle" format. It's a good idea, but the music isn't my flavor, so I lose.
On the pop and modern rock stations, aren't you gonna hear the same songs repeated until someone releases something new, hence "pop" and "modern"?
I dunno. The 120 or so yearly seems okay considering cable costs more a month than that. And for me, there are no reception issues.
Bob and Tom suck, and the local morning guys suck worse-when I can pick them up.
I don't have an ipod. I needed help operating this thing, an ipod would fuck me up.
