He sounds great on most of the YouTube videos since then and he sounded incredible just scatting over background music on his radio show. you ain't gonna get that mean sound out of some stupid soundboard. you need ya some kind of big rig and mic it off. I was asked to play on some rap song one time and I walked in with my amp and the guy wanted to just run me direct. I looked at his stuff and all he had was a goddamn computer and and a small little soundboard. I tried to be as nice as I could about it because obviously the only instruments he had ever been in contact with were samples.
