I half believed him...I'm pretty sure Warners does own a lot of stuff, and I'm pretty sure Ed has a lot of stuff too.
He said something along the lines of "There should have been DVDs, box sets, the whole 12 yards, but Warners wont release it".
I dunno, at the time I'm pretty sure he would have been more pissed at Ed rather than Warners...this wasjust as the Van Hagar tour was being announced...Fast & Bulbous, Got Me?Comment

Michael Anthony said almost ten years ago that Van Halen had uncovered old footage dating back to the early days.They just needed to go through it and decide the proper time to release it.The problem is,just like Jimmy Page,Eddie is a perfectionist and will piss away at least a year in the studio getting the sound quality and visuals to his liking.If they are going to do it,they need to throw in the kitchen sink and have promos,foreign TV appearences,the works.Give us every piece of footage from1978-1984,outtakes and all.That would be a hell of a package.It would break all sales records.Guranteed.Comment
