the vh show was a little short from what i had hoped! BUT THE VH TRIBUTE BAND LUCKY13 played the after show party across the street, and kicked ass! they played all dlr era tunes. it was packed standing room only. check them out www.eruptionmusic.com

Sorry for liking to discuss good music and hope for a reunion that would kick so much ass Van Halen's feet would be tired (with Dave you dumbasses). This is a cool site and many other things are discussed here besides how much ass DLR kicks. We just talk about how much dick Van Hagar sucks now because it is the topic of discussion since the shit box band decided to go touring again.

Well,
I was asked to post my review for the june 11th show so I will. No need to go through the set list so I'll just give you guys my two cents worth. First I had four star tickets (what a rip off) I had 12th row seats but I could have gotten those for half the price! Anyway the opening band silvertide I thought sucked! Sound was off bad! I could understand anything they said! I have seen some people say Van Halen's sound was bad, I didn't think there sound was all that bad but thats me.

As for the VH show I thought it was great!! I know this will be some backlash but thats cool. Eddie showed more energy than I had ever seen before. He seemed happy and he seemed like he wanted to be there! All the guys seemed like the Van Hagar of old. You wouldn't know it had been almost nine years by the way they acted! Sammy made everyone there feel like they were involved in the show. It didn't matter if you were on the floor or on the third level.

The solos were cool I'm glad Michael did a solo even if it was short, but atleast he sang lead on Somebody Get Me a Doctor! Alex tore it up during his solo and Ed's solo was cool because he didn't do the same solo he has always done. Yeah he did some of the same parts but he changed it up some so that was cool!! And sammy did two of his solos songs well half of them anyway.

The stage was cool and I thought they did a good setlist. Atleast there doing more of the older stuff. If I get the chance I will go see them again but if not atleast I got to see them this time around. If anyone has any question about the show that hasn't been covered post them and I'll answer them if I can.
