Please update on the chicas rack.
She ws kinda hot in a "gal walkin' the street in th' rain" kinda way! She was carrying a jacket and was wearing that when she came out of the ladies room! She mentioned she got the shirt from a lady friend that was a big CVH fan so I told her to send the gal my way so I could talk about her collection.

I tried the old "shirt swap" trick with some girl a long time ago. She went into a bathroom and handed it out the door. I said "No deal" of course. It was a HD dealers' type deal. Not a VH...she'd have to do more for one of those. :D

If you don't mind a quote from Snake Plissken in his movie 'The Thing'

              "Burn It!"

Write off the cash, gas and match. Wash twice when you are done.

Ratt ended up cancelling the show because they only sold about 1200 tickets up front and were a week out from the show.
I wonder why Ratt's popularity died so fast. Dancin Undercover was a bit average and didn't have the quality of song writing of the first 2 albums but you would have thought that they would have lasted longer at the top.

Maybe it was to do with their live show.

I saw them supporting Ozzy in 86 and in a 40 minute set both guitarists had solo spots which made no sense at all on a number of levels...

I don't know. It is no secret they were not good live. They have gotten a lot better in recent years. 1999 tour comes to mind. However, when i saw them in 1986 they left a lot to be desired. They went strong thru about 1990 and after that they just fell off the map. Their 1988 album Reach for the Sky, which had Way Cool Jr on it, i thought was terrible but they seemed to gain a little more momentum than they had in 1986. I know Great White opened for them in 88/89 and Great White was a pretty big draw then too.

                        I agree...

Put it on ebay...you might make $10 on the deal...

It is kinda cool and i've seen the shirt before, but knowing it's a Van Hagar shirt ??

Get rid of it...it might bring bad luck...

Have you seen some of the prices for old concert shirts on Ebay lately? The DLR and Cinderella concert shirts for 250.00! I have the Black Sabbath VH from 1978 wonder what it would bring? It was amazing what some people are asking for them. Hmmmmm
With my last dying breath, I want to be able to say I tried everything on the menu-twice DLR 2001
