How can anyone NOT respect a guy who marches to the beat of his own drum and does what he wants to do?
Yeah... Dave can be a little 'out there' and his vision of the world is a bit different from other people's vision but it doesn't make him right or wrong.
I commend him for doing this.

I completely agree with Cathedral. This is yet another reason why people love David Lee Roth. He's not only doing something he wants, but he's helping people. Also, this goes to show that the guy actually has a heart and is not just some washed-up, overweight rock star. He has enough to not do a damn thing, and if he so chooses to help people on the side...god bless him. I don't think it's funny...I think it's a great thing. Go Dave! Plus, he's TOURING AGAIN! What do we Rotharmy.com freaks have to complain about??!! NOTHING! The medic thing is only one weekend a month. He's only going to be "medical dave" for 1/4 of the time.Comment

That's cool and all, but why would someone as rich as Dave want to be an EMT in New York of all places? He should spend his time by starting a new band and break away from the VH sound mold.... Do something a bit more modern, and kick the world in the ass!
