Off hand, I'd be hard pressed to think of anyone that would want to sing a Hagar tune. But I'm pretty certain there will be more than a mere handful of television sets shot out the evening that American Idol decides to have a Sammy Hagar inspired episode.

That part of this whole saga really intrigues me. I can't wait until some day when we get a new Dave autobiography and he talks about that. Has it been brought up? Has he ever done any in a rehearsal? Was he open to it? Did Eddie even ask? Or is it just something neither side will even mention?

I can't imagine why anyone would even want to hear Roth's take on a Hagar song.

I'm fairly sure a vast majority of people who were waiting for Roth to rejoin the band weren't doing so in hopes of hearing his take on So Good.
