This is the most exciting news / thread around here in a long time it confirms something we were all somewhat unsure about, FOLKS,.... VAN HALEN ACTUALLY HAD A GIG!!!!!

It fell thru but it was grand ,was it not .....Good Times....

LB hasn't been hugely popular in almost 10 years (and even then...meh). And they want us to believe they cancelled a festival with Van Halen, Alice Cooper, Danzig, Bad Religion, etc....all because of Fred Durst & co? No fucking way in hell.

Somehow I'm thinking it is a combination. VH was privy to horrible ticket sales and said fuck this, we aren't playing to 1/4 full festivals with a high probability of not getting paid our full premium.

MMM radio Melbourne confirmed with VH Management they have no plan to Tour Australia.And it was cancelled due to bad ticket sales & Aerosmith pulling out as 2nd headliner.
