The idea that some people are blessed with a fast metabolism and others are not is complete horse shit, and anyone who used "I've got a slow metabolism" as a reason for being overweight is just giving excuses. You have a metabolic rate that you can increase or reduce according to your diet and activity levels. Plenty of protein, iron and vitamins as well as staying well hydrated all contribute to a quicker metabolism. Aerobic exercise will provide a boost, as will any kind of weight training. There are forms of exercise that in fact cause a spike in your metabolism so you burn through fat a lot quicker than usual (High intensity interval training for example). Skipping meals, poor diet and drinking are all things that will decrease your metabolism
Clearly Wolf has either a poor diet or does very little exercise.
I've never been overweight because I have always thought it important to have a healthy body. The idea of when you are in good shape it being easy to stay in shape is also crap. I'm in good shape, and I'm in good shape because I bust my ass 5 days a week working out and I eat healthily.No! You can't have the keys to the wine cellar!Comment

I could get Wolfgang in shape in six months. It's cutting the carbs. It's cutting the fat. It's having three good meals a day and snacking on all the fruits and vegetables you want especially the kind that fill you up. Get him going with some easy swimming in the pool and some treadmill. Then we will go for some light kettle bell work. Once he's got some fat burned off we will get into some more intense weight training and some more intense swimming techniques. Might play some basketball. Burns calories like crazy and gives your body an all around good workout. If a person is really overweight the best thing you can do is get them working out in a pool. Fat people are buoyant and it won't hammer their joints and you can burn a lot of calories in a pool the water has a massaging effect and they get some all around muscle work and cardiovascular work.No! Then while out on stage he will think of eating cow flops and greasy, grimy, gopher guts and puck it all over the tits of the girls in the front row.No!
