The accesories in this crime are allegedly Paterno, Spanier, Curley, and Schultz. None of those guys have been formally charged and had their day in court yet. Everything so far is allegations and suspicions made by a highly-paid consultant lawyer looking out for his bank account.

According to your logic --- the next time you run a red light --- the police have a right to throw your son in jail for being "an accessory" since he was riding along in the car with you.

PA Governor Tom Corbett said taxpayer money will not allowed to be used to pay that fine so you can assume the students will pay for it with higher tuition rates in the coming years! Many PSU students supported JoePa before they knew all the facts --- and we still don't know all the facts. He was a legendary coach who contributed MILLIONS of his own money to fund libraries and academic endeavors.

For the record, many PSU students have spoken out about being ashamed what JoePa allegedly did. They also operate the largest college philanthropy in the nation to benefit kids with cancer. But these are the same students you feel deserve punishment aplenty?

Truthfully Va, I was extremely proud of Va Tech suspending Marcus Vick for stomping on a player..sending home players at bowl games for missing curfews and several other rules Beamer throws out there.It is a big reason that I love VT besides it being close to home.I can guarantee you if this had happened in Blacksburg, Sandusky would have been fired and reported to police.
