There aren't a lot of acts who debuted after 1990 who will be getting inducted. So maybe there's still hope for Rush, KISS, Alice Cooper, etc.

Otherwise, RNRHOF won't have anyone left to induct and they might as well cease to exist.

I dunno ---- I put Hootie, Matchbox 20, Alanis Morrissette, and Stone Temple Pilots in that "Close But Not A Sure Lock" category for 90's artists.

It's sad and laughable that the entire 90's only produced less than a handful of airtight first-ballot locks for the RNR HOF. It truly was the "Decade The Music Died".

Alice in Chains, Soundgarden and STP - IMO the only bands that deserve induction.

I like all of these bands but this is so depressing...since then we have been reduced to a couple of albums by new bands until they disappear from the face of the earth. Music has become a one hit wonder industry now.

not good for axl. this isn't about anything other than the fact that he can't stand his former bandmates. if the hall had offered to induct GNR but told axl they'd only invite him and his current bandmates to the ceremony, he'd have gone in a heartbeat. axl's just a talented, petty, bitch.
