The situation is Michael's in a lose-lose situation. Friday's USA Today made the caption quite clear - for principle or for money?

If he removes the feeding tube on the basis on principle, he's a guilty according to Terry's parents.

If he removes the feeding tube so he can get the remainder of the of $1 million dollar malpractice suit, he's guilty by the entire public.

Either way, I don't see an easy way out for him.

Not following you on this. If - as he says - he is doing this as per Terri's request and honoring that, how is that lose-lose?

This was a married couple. And obviously she had soem problems. I cast responsibility to the parents for the girls bulimia moreso than the husband.

And apparently the amuntof money remaining form the malpractice suit is negligible. Considering the shitstorm this has been - FOR YEARS - if it were about the money, he could've taken the million dollars to hand custody to the Schindlers years ago and washed his hands of the whole thing way back when.
