Funny, everyone...100% of all....that receive care have a pre-existing condition. Otherwise you wouldn't need care. You don't go in to the doctor unless something is pre-existing. "Uh yeah doc, I figure I might get sick in 6 months and would like to be treated now for it". That poster is fucked up. You really should stop calling out a few others here for posting propaganda if you're gonna be blatant about it yourself.

Yes. But one can choose not to drive a car and therefore legally not be required to have auto insurance. If you choose to have a car you are required to have insurance. No way to avoid the Obamacare tax penalty.

*Some people who put aside a certain amount of money to become self-bonded can avoid purchasing auto insurance but must have proof of this special bonded account. This is quite rare but is legal & does happen, although infrequently.

Yeah but you don't get taxed if you don't buy it. We now have the first non-sales tax in this country. Where's this one going to stop? Also you choose to drive a car and by doing so you assume the liability responsibility. I might add a lot of the illegal aliens our government does nothing about drive around with no car insurance. You only get in trouble if you are a tax paying citizen. This is the hypocracy that is currently going on and it's not the rule of law that should be applied equally.

It's the people who don't break the law who try to follow the rules who are getting burned. Look how many crooks we have in banking and serving in the government. Nothing happens to them. They break the law all the time.

So this is what is pissing people off. We have elites above the law running things and saddling us with their debt. Fuck the healthcare. It's trivial if you look at the bigger picture. We no longer have the rule of law and it's going to go off the handle.

Also the Obama Administration said the healthcare mandate was not a tax. The Supreme Court reworded it to be a tax. That is not the Supreme Court's job. Writing legislation is the job of the congress. The president approves it and administers it and the Supreme Court simply decides whether it is constitutional or not. What the court did was reword what the executive branch submitted to the court so they could have a tax ruling instead of a penalty ruling. The court is supposed to look at what is submitted as is. Also, it would have been nice to see what the congress passed before the president signed it into law. We had no idea what was in the legislation and most of the congress didn't even read the bill when they voted on it. I doubt Obama knew everything in it when he signed it. How could he, they didn't have enough time. So we have a cut and paste government just passing things into law because someone bribed them to do so.

This is not universal healthcare coverage. This is some corporations bribing politicians so you will be forced to buy their products. I can't wait to see how much these insurance polities are going to cost. The cost is going up. Nothing has changed, it's just that if you can't afford the insurance now the government can tax you. Also this opens the door to political favoritism. Some people and companies will get exemptions. McDonald's complained and already got theirs. So it's nothing more than a punishment or favoritism tools for politicians to use.

In short we the people have been shut out of the federal government and corporate lawyers have taken it over. They are telling us we no longer have any rights to due process and they can do whatever they want and oh yeah, by the way, we are going to make you guys pay for it. Whatever loans we take out we will saddle you guys with the credit card bill. If people fall for the so called socialized medicine facade they are dumb as a post and have no idea they have been conned. They will find that out soon enough.

A lot of people who signed up for the National Guard to pay for college never got to go to college. They got sent to war. Jack up college tuition so high people join the National Guard to help pay for it and then use that as the new draft. Nice. Once the drone technology gets better they just can have some fat kids at a computer fighting the wars. It will be a video game.

That's called polishing a turd. Universal healthcare is everyone is insured. All this plan does is force you to buy insurance or you pay a non-sales tax on a product you did not buy. Of course the insurance companies will say since they have to cover more people they have to charge more. Nobody is talking about how much the insurance is going to cost are they? Also, medical equipment that is already very expensive will cost more because they are taxing that too. Also this scam called the affordable healthcare act is actually robbing the one socialized medical program we do have called Medicare. I really don't see how this is better.

The drones are for us and people who live overseas. Nothing is more dangerous than a failed government. Those who run it will do anything to stay in power and the oldest trick in the book is to start a war. It puts the attention on an outside enemy and gives the excuse to grab more power. Hopefully you can gain more real estate in the process but the true leaders the banking class always make their money and are exempt from the carnage. We have a rogue federal government and rogue governments have a bad tendency to kill more people than anything else on this planet. These are dangerous times. Fascism is back my friend. Older people who lived through it in the 1930's in Europe see it for what it is. It's rolling back in. A failed banking class with currencies that are just about kaput no longer can play those games and just want to take everything. That is what is happening. The politicians are just paid lackys for the most part. The banks have taken over the government. The more people who wake up and realize those in power don't care about us the better off we will be.
