I don't really like to talk about it either, but if you were to ask me if I would have used a gun at the time if I had one, the answer would be yes.

Of course there were also plenty of witnesses so self defense would never have been in doubt. Nor was I looking for the situation like Zimmerman was, or do anything to provoke the attackers.

Not lecturing. I am seeing the bigger picture, trust me. What we do know we can glean from the 911 tape, and we know nothing the dude that lied on the stand said can be trusted as the "version" of events. And that a lot of people are trotting out unrelated bias and attaching it to the case. Juror B37 for example. Or any of the vile shit you've seen in this thread.

No doubt it happens on occasion. As I said, been there and done that. But in this particular case, the physical evidence at the scene of the crime does not support Zimmerman's story.

So given that fact, perhaps the "bigger picture" is that George Zimmerman is a racist cousin fucking piece of shit whose family is very well connected, and his daddy the judge helped him make up a story that would allow him to get away with murder. Especially with a jury led by a racist cunt who admitted on a live television camera that she "disregarded everything the prosecution said".

I'm not saying disregard what little admittedly shoddily-collected evidence there is, didn't say that. But Zimmerman's "version" is beyond suspect, and not really supported by said evidence.

This works well until two black assholes decide to come onto the property, knock my mom down (leaving her severely bruised) and then run off with the candy.

Look, I don't care what a liberal dandyist I might come off at at times, but occasionally, to my mind, many of these fuck holes deserve to be shot, and done so repeatedly. Particularly when they mama get's within camera/tv range to claim what a "sweet, sweet innocent boy" he was, regardless of his arrest record. Unfortunately, the 800 pound gorilla in the room is who does the fucking shooting in the first place.

True. So - since Zimmerman's version is impeached by his own perjury (no one hold their breath waiting for him to be charged for that, either), all we have to go on is the evidence including the 911 call. Which indicated Zimmerman was clearly in the wrong. His actions (profiling) resulted in a death, bottom line. People can post all the other irrelevant bullshit in the world, it will never have anything to do with this case, or that fact.
