News reports keep changing the numbers on both sides, so I wouldn't count on any of them yet.

But if you toss around explosives inside a crowded stadium, it wouldn't necessarily be that difficult to get such a toll. You could have a number of people getting trampled in the panic that wouldn't even have to be hit by any weapons/shrapnel/falling building parts/whatever.
