Heard it for the first time on the radio this morning in NY. The DJ's liked it, I wonder if they have to say that, but all the callers said it sucked. Good for them, cause it did.

They have to play it.

Called the local radio station here in TO this morning and voiced my opinion on how shitty the song is etc etc. I also asked them what their take and the listeners take was on it and the DJ laughed saying that it sucked and that the listeners are like 80% hate it and the other 20 like it somewhat, so I suggested that they remove it from rotation and and get back to playing the CVH and to voice their opinion on it but that they can't say anything negative on air or remove it until the BOSS say's so or their asses would be in a sling. The feeling on the song where I work is this, as soon as the song comes on and I mean as soon as anyone hears that tune, the radio gets shut off. No one and I mean no one including the few people who are going to the show like it. So as we all can see and hear this is looking more and more like the end of van gaygar. AMEN!:D

Yeah Q107 here in Toronto has to play it because they are sponsoring the show. I emailed Gonzo last night and told him I thought the song sucked.

Spoke to him last night and you know Gonzo is all CVH, he did say that he has to listen to it a couple more times but that so far he wasn't impressed. This mornin' I was talkin to the DJ and she felt the same
as a lot o other folk around here do, she did not like it at all and really did not want to play the song but "unfourtunatley has to" those were her exact words to me on the phone. She then asked me to call "Citizen Q" and voice my opinion and to ask anyone else to do it so we can yank this cremation off the air.

I don't think it's hit the airwaves down here just yet, but I'm eager to see what the listeners & DJs have to say on the matter. I have a feeling that the DJ's will eat it up, while the people tuning in will either A)Hate it, or B)Not care.
